Does everyone agree, a thank you means so much, especially right now.
Last Thursday we had the great honour to cater for the Kent Ambassadors in the crypt at Rochester Cathedral, one of our favourite venues. Not only beautiful but you get to work with such a fabulous team.
We provided bowl food using local meats from @worgansfarmshop all slow cooked , Beef with @curiousbrewery Porter , Lamb with @biddendenvineyard Dornfelder and Pork with @biddendencider as well as delicious Squash and aubergine bakes, @elliesdairy Goats cheese and Spinach arancini
And to follow Panacottas with rosehip and plum syrup, mini gypsy tarts and Baked apple and salted caramel cheesecake.
All served with Biddenden wines and juices and Kingsdown waters.
Topped off with a lovely thank you
