After a combined 75 years in the hospitality industry and with experience in every form we want to share that knowledge with others. Our vast array of awards between us were won by pure hard work and determination with a constant emphasis on high standards & excellent service.

The idea started with Graham Green being asked to help chefs bring their kitchens up to standard, with both practical advice on reorganising kitchens and system set ups as well of course with training. Each one gained their 5 stars after an original 2 star visit.

After training hundreds of staff over a long successful career we both feel incredibly frustrated by bad service, especially if the food is amazing but you weren’t even greeted at the door and then it’s just a downhill experience.

Many people enter the industry starting a restaurant or take over a pub with no front of house experience, ‘How hard can it be to carry a plate’ they say, well that can vary between steps and the size of the plates but if only it was just about that.

We have always primarily recruited our front of house team on the basis of a smile, I can always teach someone to carry dishes but it’s a ready genuine smile that means so much and that I can’t teach, though creating confidence is always wonderful to see and when I go out I want to feel genuinely welcomed and that my custom is respected so if you want to make sure your customers feel that, let us show you how.

We have a very simple fee plan for either the kitchen or front of house or combined and we are happy to work a personal plan going forward or simply look forward to dining with you and enjoying safe food and fabulous service.
