Vegan – with shaved abalone mushrooms & vegan parmesan


Mixed grill- Grilled lettuce, slow cooked beets, tomato & garlic, roasted onion, grape & mustard dressing, pickled lubuck


Oven roasted fish fillet, spiced macadamia & almond crust on avocado, mango & potato bed, squid ball, potato & leek broth

Vegan- Slow cooked carrot & parsnip, tempura tenderstem otherwise as above


Hay smoked Quail on sweetcorn, bulgar wheat & cashew, cauliflower puree, sweetheart cabbage & roast chicken sauce

Vegan- Hay smoked celeriac batons with fresh herb crumb & sweet potato cream otherwise as above


Amaretto parfait with amaretto poached pear, Pedro Ximenez poached raisins, tuile, sweet yoghurt drizzle

Vegan- Frozen coconut & almond cheesecake, sweet filo sheets, apricot puree
